FAQ - HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders Placed Over The Phone: The representative should be able to give you product status and when your order should ship. it is very important for you to make sure we have your most current shipping and billing address and all necessary contact information.
Orders Placed Online: You will receive an auto-response to let you know we have received the order. If you would like to speak to a representative once your order is placed you are welcome to further confirm the status or include a comment on the order with your request or other special instructions.
Either Way: If we have your correct email address, you will be sent the ups shipping information along with the tracking number. You are always welcome to call for your order status.
