30 Day Money Back Guarantee

          PAM Distributing Co. strives to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase made at our store. If, however, you encounter a problem with your purchase, PAM Distributing Co. provides a 30 Day Guarantee (minus shipping and handling costs) for all of our products (excluding special order items and a few others noted in the Limited Return Policy below). Contact us during our regular business hours at (800) 888-8101 and we will be glad to help resolve any concerns or issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, if required.

          All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Please read conditions below. If conditions are not met, the PAM Distributing Co. has the right to refuse the return, or to charge a 20% restocking fee. Return of all defective items will be subject to the original equipment Manufacturer’s Warranty. See “Manufacturer’s Warranty” below for more details.



Limited Return Policy

          Batteries, transformers, wire, tools & opened or used computer software cannot be returned. Clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer will receive store credit.



Restocking Fee

          No restocking fee is charged if (1) the items are returned in perfect condition, (2) the items are returned within 30 days of receipt of item(s), and (3) the items meet PAM Distributing Co. returns policy and conditions. If return is received after 30 days of receipt of item(s), you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping charges accrued from PAM Distributing Co. are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.



Refund Process

          We will issue a credit to your account (less the accrued shipping charges and restocking fee, if applicable) upon receipt of your returned merchandise, if it is in accordance with the full policy listed above. Credit for items returned to manufacturer, will be issued when we receive credit from the manufacturer.

          Refunds for all returned item(s) will be issued in the form of a store credit.



Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number

          All returns MUST have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please contact our Technical Support Team at (800) 888-8101 during their regular business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.



Return Shipping Instructions


  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  •    – Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • You MUST call Technical Support at (800) 888-8101 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time for RMA number.
  • The products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition:
    1. Include all original packaging materials.
    2. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
    3. Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
  • Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Please do not write, mark, place stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturer's original package, as it will not be accepted for refund.

  • We recommend your return shipment to be insured and shipped with a tracking number.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.



  • Manufacturer’s Warranty

              PAM Distributing is not responsible for warranties or claims made by any manufacturer or vendor. PAM Distributing endeavors to deal with only reputable manufacturers that offer reasonable warranties on their products. The 30 Day PAM Distributing Guarantee and the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s warranty are two totally separate things. PAM Distributing urges all customers to become familiar with the OEM warranty prior to purchasing.

    1. PAM Distributing as the Wholesale Distributor offers a Guarantee serving as a path to help insure you are satisfied with the products & service you purchase.
    2. PAM Distributing as the Wholesale Distributor does not offer a Warranty or Guarantee on any products beyond those previously stated.
    3. Defective and DOA items that do fall under the PAM Distributing 30 day Guarantee are still subject to the OEM Warranty regarding damage from abuse, mishandling, acts of nature, Surge or Improper installation.
    4. Repairs are allowed by some Manufacturers to be sent directly back to them while others require the items returned to the original Distributor and then on to the Manufacturer. When Items are required to first be returned to the Distributor, PAM Distributing Co. will gladly assist in this process at no charge other than actual shipping and handling cost if any.

              Rest assured that the employees of PAM Distributing Co. will do everything possible to be at your side should an issue of any kind arise during the course of our business dealings. We have been in business 30 years and that can only happen if you put your customers first.
